Walt Disney Company recebe 145 indicações ao Emmy 2020

Esse ano está sendo um ano desafiador para o entretenimento, com pausar e suspensões em lançamentos e produções ao redor do mundo, mas o Emmy divulgou sua lista de indicados e a Disney se deu bem, com 145 menções, ficando atrás somente da Netflix, com suas 160 indicações (o melhor resultado da história da plataforma de streaming).

Os prêmios nem foram entregues, mas os grandes vencedores desse ano foram as plataformas de streaming que juntas levaram a grande maioria das indicações.

Entre os destaques da Disney está o Disney+, que possui menos de um ano de vida e já levou 19 indicações, sendo 15 somente da série The Mandalorian, incluindo a categoria de Melhor série Dramática.

Além do Disney+, a The Walt Disney Company ainda responde pelo Hulu, ABC, Fox, National Geographic, Disney Channel, entre outros, entram ainda na lista da empresa séries como The Politician, que é da Netflix, mas foi produzida pela Fox (Disney).
